Do shipping costs apply to my order?
All orders over €50 are delivered free of charge. Shipping costs are calculated below this, namely €5.95 per order.
Can I send my order directly to the recipient?
That's certainly possible! When ordering, you can choose to have a product delivered directly to the recipient. No invoice or order confirmation will be included with the shipment.
When can I expect my order?
- Ordered before 3 p.m. on workdays, delivered tomorrow.
- Ordered on Saturday or Sunday, delivered on Monday.
Are you not at home when your order is delivered? In almost all cases it is then offered one more time or delivered to the neighbors. You will receive a note about this in the mail from the delivery person himself. You will also receive a Track&Trace email from the courier service with which you can track your order. It is possible that due to circumstances the delivery has been delayed or has been delivered to the neighbors.
Order late or not delivered?
We do our utmost to meet our delivery times. However, it may happen that a delivery is delayed for whatever reason.
If you are not in an emergency, we always recommend waiting an extra day. The order is generally delivered the next day. Unfortunately, we are dependent on the parcel delivery service.
Panic? Contact us by email and we will look for a solution together. Don't forget to include your order number in the email.
Order not complete?
Below we briefly explain what could be going on.
- Orders are sometimes shipped in multiple packages. You will receive an individual Track & Trace number for each package.
- It is possible that the product was no longer in stock when you packed your order. The packing slip states when the item will be delivered. The product is 'on order' for you and will be shipped immediately as soon as the product is back in stock.

Can I pick up an order?
Unfortunately, you cannot collect orders from us. We are an online store and do not have a physical store.
Can i cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and is on its way, we can no longer cancel your order. If you wish to return one or more products upon receipt of the package, please follow the returns process.
